Yin Yoga

  • Calm your mind and body with this relaxing floor practice. Yin yoga postures are practiced on the floor with props and held longer than traditional poses. This allows the vital force (chi or prana) of the body to become free of blockages as we work the same energy lines as acupuncture and help to stretch and tone muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. This is a great practice for beginners who desire to open their body, people with injuries, athletes, or as a complement to more physical practices.

Monthly restorative yoga

  • Offered on the last Sunday of every month. This class focuses on relaxing your body and brain, pacifying your nervous system, and bolstering your respiratory system. In the practice of supported restorative asanas and pranayama, we also cultivate a state of alert passivity, training the mind to move with the breath to come to a heightened state of awareness and sensitivity, a more present state. If joining via virtual, students should prepare to have props on hand like a: yoga mat, couple of blankets, bolster or pillow (blankets can work here as well), one strap or belt, a chair (metal folding chair if possible) but any other household chair may also work.

Transformational Breathwork

  • Breathwork is a catalyst for transformation. These weekly sessions offer a consistent space to shift stuck energy, release old stories, and open the door to meaningful change. Through conscious breathing, you’ll reconnect with your inner clarity and activate the courage to evolve—one breath at a time.  Come as you are, and join your community in this weekly practice of conscious breathing, healing, and transformation.

Note that this breathwork takes you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness and is not suitable for those with the following:

Detached retina or glaucoma, Uncontrolled high blood pressure , History of heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular disease, Past aneurysm, Epilepsy or history of seizures, Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder. It's also not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you’re unsure, please consult your physician before participating in breathwork.

Monthly breathwork and crystal bowls experience

  • Offered every third Sunday of the month. The journey blends conscious connected breath with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to clear stagnant energy, open the heart, and invite deep emotional release. Reconnect to your body, realign your energy & reset your nervous system. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or transformation, this experience is a gentle yet potent invitation to return to your center.

Monthly Move, massage & meditate experience

  • Offered on the second Sunday of every month. Join us for 90 minutes of aligned movement and flow! In between there will be a break for lead self massage with yoga balls and then a led meditation to complete the experience.

Monthly Candelight yoga experience

  • Offered on the first Sunday of every month. Join us for a 90 minute, Candlelight Flow! This class rebalances mind-body and soul in a peaceful space. Enjoy a well rounded asana sequence guided by the natural rhythm of breath. The practice balances strength and flexibility with a rhythmic beginning and a calm, restorative wind down at the end. A typical class will include a breath-centered, rhythmic vinyasa sequence finished by a restorative, calming ending that includes a guided meditation.
