"I am extremely grateful to have studied with Heather, Meg, and all of our guest teachers at the Amrita Yoga Teacher Training (including Indie, Heather's dog). Heather and Meg make a fun team, and they complement each other well. I appreciated learning yoga through both the Classical and Tantric lenses, and I feel my knowledge is now twice as deep. I know I will use the tools they gave me during this training as I continue to grow, and I look forward to sharing what I learned here with others. This training prepared me well to do just that." - N. Perry

"The teacher training experience is so much more than learning how to instruct a class or dissect a pose.  It has covered so many things that have changed my outlook on life, and I am so grateful to have been a part of Amrita's YTT.  The caliber of the teachers is amazing and their ability to teach serious and complex topics with such grace, humor and passion has made learning easy." - R. Tumasz

"A year ago, I didn't yet have the core strength, balance, nor the self-awareness to bring myself from vrkshasana tree pose into toe stand. (Well, at least not at the top of Angel's Landing at Zion.) Yoga teacher training is an opportunity to notice yourself, question your practice, engage your intellect, let go, set-redefine-push personal limits, analyze your energy, face your ego and peel off the layers that are just so absurdly inauthentic in order to create space for arriving to your true self. It's not easy, people. You would not believe how difficult it is learning to let go! But where else are you going to come away after six months several ego layers lighter and with this much strength?" - J. Gierke
