What Should You Expect from Barre Classes?
Barre is a full-body workout that targets every muscle group by incorporating small isometric movements that help work smaller muscles that may often get ignored. Classes include use of the barre, mats, mini-balls, and small hand weights to sculpt and stretch your entire body. Students do not need to bring a mat or any additional equipment to attend class.
