Shirodhara
Shirodhara involves pouring a steady stream of warm, herb infused oil over the forehead. Having the ability to reach the depths of the nervous system and consciousness, this treatment promotes well being and relaxation. Shirodhara is a healing experience that provides the receiver with many physical, emotional and mental health benefits!

Abhyanga
A traditional Ayurvedic treatment that applies warm, herbal oils on the body from head to toe. Unlike traditional massage that focuses on muscle tissue, Abhyanga focuses on calming your entire physiology. The herbal oil is applied using rhythmic, choreographed hand movements to melt away tensions and ground one into a lasting sense of peace and relaxation!
