Why 300 Hours of training?
Through our years of teaching and taking many, many trainings collectively we truly feel in order to get the most solid foundation you must not only learn about the system, but practice, embody, and live what you desire to teach! In our 300 hour training (more than many offer as the standard initial training is 200 hours) it will not only be learning the 8 limbs of Yoga and more; but practice of the system weaved into your daily life, hours of assisting and practicing teaching Yoga. All this will be completed with the guidance of experienced, knowledgable, passionate teachers who have made this practice a lifestyle and have dedicated themselves to sharing the divine knowledge with others.
