In this four-month, 100-hour training, Heather Rice and Meg Townsend will guide you in the exploration of the dynamic systems of Yoga and Ayurveda. Bring more balance to your life, awaken vibrant energy, and learn to thrive daily with this powerful, ancient wisdom!
This program will include study of:
- Classical and Tantric lineages of Yoga
- Yamas and Niyamas (the foundational principles of the system of Yoga)
- Ayurvedic self-care
- Ayurvedic nutrition & culinary education
- Anatomy of the physical body
- Chakra system
- Meditation, Mantra, & Breathwork
- Vinyasa & Hatha sequencing for home practice
Completion of this program is sure to leave you feeling more enlightened and integrated, with tools that will enrich your life both on and off your yoga mat. At least 6 months yoga experience is recommended, but any student with a burning desire to learn more are encouraged to enroll.
**all sessions are 12-8p with a 1-hr meal break**
$850 if enrolled and paid in full by 12/1/16; $1,000 after.
